    Why would they give a shít if people sell?

    Genuine question as i don't really understand why they'd care. Only thing I can think of is if the company was planning on doing a CR in the near future and they'd been promised by Hartley they'd get tight holders so that such a CR could be done at a higher price to keep dilution minimal. Surely that's not it though lol?
