You could do a thesis trying to understand the capital structure of News Corp. From my understanding the 61% owner of REA group is News Corporation (NASDAQ: NWS) which is comprised of roughly 580 million A & B class shares valued at nearly $US 7B (AUD $10B) . NWS is also listed in Australia but the capitalisation of the Australian listing doesn't represent the capitalisation of the entire company. Accordingly REA makes up roughly 40% of the value of New Corp.
