'The TURC was the ideal venue to raise Gillard's complicity in the matter, but the TURC didn't achieve much in that regard"

Quite correct Glug. The TURC achieved very little overall apart from illuminating the well known corruption by certian union leaders.

However, I wouldn't be so sure about the events which are unfolding in regard to the AWUWRA scandal and the suspects involvement and their possible incarceration in due course.

Blewitt's admission of guilt in the scam, set up by Wilson with complicity, knowingly or otherwise by Gillard, speaks volumes with respect to the veracity of evidence gathered by Smith from Blewitt, Kernohan and others as exposed on his site.

Michael Smith, as an ex detective, has exercised extreme diligence in forensically researching evidence and uncovering those involved in one way or another in the scam established for the benefit of Wilson and either directly or indirectly Gillard.

If justice is to be finally be served, Smith's dogged research, will finally expose those involved and provide sufficiently exhaustive evidence for charges to be laid.

Remember, receipt of stolen goods is a criminal offence. Ignorance of the law is no defence. If the letter of the law is followed to its logical conclusion Gillard may yet be toast and staring at a Christmas tree in 2107 through steel bars!
