My bet is now United Technologies. Toby made a point of stressing this agreement will be unilateral. Who better then to have a unilateral contract for the commercialization of the CVM technology than United Technologies. Further, UTC has a specialized Aerospace Systems division specializing in, amongst other systems, sensors and integrated systems as per the following copied from their website:
