Thanks Jonric, creative accounting is not my strong point. Based on your post, that would mean that if the Athena is assigned to Senegal BV it could be listed as an Asset as it was originally listed to Angola BV? It's doing my head in I admit and the only clarification would be if we had a peek at the books which isn't happening.
Any forensic accountants out there that can give their 2 cents worth? This is a topic best left to the experts and my experience is just accounting subjects in Uni (some time ago) and coding accounting software (so I'll be the first to admit there are gaps in my knowledge).
