He is doing a great job with delays and locking people's funds up - he shouldn't promise or advise a time frame that he can not deliver on.
There has been nothing but delays around pak's cash. What's to say this will be trading again by Feb? Very unprofessional.
He should of let the market decide the value of these delays and non indef suspend it - It sure wouldn't be a 4c stock that's for sure.
