The other concern is Dex, that we already have intergenerational strain and even suggesting the notion of decreased pay to do the same job as those who came before me/us, who are significantly more wealthy is an absolute slap in the face.
Already I pay for private healthcare something many before me never had to do. I also won't have a hope in hell of collecting any pension payment and now you suggest a pay cut and volunteer work? If the government told me that was the case I would tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine and move overseas.
