    I read somewhere that estimate, mangement & employee holding close to 25% of issues share.

    If D4E was to occur at 23 cents. There will be riot in the office.

    Andrew Grech would be skinned alive, if he was to agree to such a deal. D4E at $1 seems more reasonable, given equity per share is currently around $1.
