Penalties and excuses for not voting., page-66

I've received endless letters and we showed up to vote, going to various booths, only to be told we were at the wrong ones but we had our letters in our hands telling us to go there. So not only was my total time wasted in voting local and federal but my daughter's first time voting was a total washout. The people there had no idea what they were doing. Because I voted and I wasn't well, couldn't walk well but I went anyway, I've decided to charge them for my time. Yes, I'm sending them an invoice for the kilometres driven and my precious time wasted. They gave us the wrong information. Now I fine them.

Oh and they closed our local voting poll this year stating it was unsafe. The one they told us to go to was a rocky path in which I almost fell and there the building was almost falling apart. If someone had bothered to go out there they would see that our hall is maintained and on flat ground.

The whole experience has left my daughter with never wanting to vote again.

I have two letters saying my daughter is on the polling list and two saying she isn't. They have no idea what they are doing and a total waste of taxpayers money. Just like all politicians, a waste of space. the smaller the government the better.
