I have to admit, a great post by smuggler. Couldnt have been more honest and i commend him for that.

I was a big believer in QTK but got stung badly. The one question that I really keep wondering is wasnt a lot of the Chinese contract supposed to cater for government cars, government premises and government equipment? I have also heard that mandatory tracking of new vehicles is being implemented in Beijing. If all of this is true, why isnt the PRC rushing through the granting of the licence?

The scepticism on this forum is well deserved, QTK is just a punt on disclosed public knowledge and their results thus far.
