    Previous Trading halt was to announce exploration update...seemed uneccessary....this one does not say it is exploration related so I guess it is not. For offtake agreements well previously they have not halted trading for them.

    My guess is either ceasing copper mining/review of mining activities or takeover.

    If it is the former the Directors will have something to answer for considering recent announcements.
