    Its cat and mouse again. All the short term traders and panic merchants are out below 20 cents. The market for ITE shares has tightened up again.

    With the current pipeline of contract win announcements due this month any takeover (which is highly likely) would be 50 cents plus. This would only capitalise the company at $100 million plus.
