I don't think there is any doubt that if they secure the affinity partner this will get a serious rerate by how much will depend on whether it's 500K or $3mil. It begs the question now though why isn't the sp reacting accordingly simply on expectation? Does the market take the view of NOR now that seeing is believing or is there something else? Looking at a gift horse in the mouth here maybe. As always the market will decide. All IMO of course.
