This must be Fund Raising month as I hold another 2 stocks that also are raising some cash, so why not Fox I suppose.

Back to the Low Grades, I agree, directors should be strung for not mentioning this and although stuff like this can happen to many companies, I feel shareholders should know this for the good or bad, and it is wrong not to inform shareholders!
