My amateur opinion is that rates won't move just yet(a view further enforced by grants in-depth posts). I just received an email from a friend that might be interesting. It seems a least one of the major banks is about to embark on another advertising campaign involving direct mailouts to customers to encourage people to refinance and cash up on equity. The reasons behind this are probably obvious but you never know.
