Remember, this offer for our lithium deposit is being made in conjunction with our board, and it's likely lots of argy-bargy has already happened over market cap (& have SP).

It's not an unsolicited offer, far from it.

Result is, once it's released to market, unless u can rally 51% of shareholder stock to sway opinion, we'll just be accepting it, whether it translates to 50c or $1.50 or $5 a share..... Its out of our hands.

And yes, it's purposely being done between Christmas and NYD to try and low ball us (or at least start negotiations on the down side).

I sure hope a competitors counter offer arrives once these details are released.
