Hartley's has been buying up some of it, but it looks like there may be a new player emerging in Morgan Stanley. They bought up most of the volume pre-christmas and i'd be very interested to see if they were the ones who bought the $60k order today at 7.6c. Can't remember seeing a single trade that big for a while so i'm definitely interested in who's getting themselves set.
