Nice rebuttal @growler1969, quality debate like this is good for readers and no I am by no means seeking to control the narrative. I just happen to have a lot of time on my hands at the moment, am 100% invested in XPE and passionate about what I believe to be a great company. That and we're on the cusp of news IMO.

Okay, so the December 2015 investor preso was off then wasn't it. However isn't it possible that the reason for this is because the ambitions of Xped changed significantly in Jan-Apr 2016?

The change in ambitions is evidenced by the signing of both MOUs in that timeframe. Further, if you look at the sequence of announcements since that time it becomes evident that the MOUs have shaped the growth of Xped considerably to date.

I for one (as a late-commer to XPE) am very happy that Xped is focusing on the big picture, has successfully courted Microsoft and Intel and has very big ambitions eg. top-5 app worldwide. Seems to be that Xped is going for global interoperability dominance, rather than just earning a few dollars here or there in some fragmented piecemeal approach to licensing its tech.

So do I care that first revenues have been pushed back while Xped ports to Telink, Intel and its second MOU? There must be so much going on in the background and we only get snippets eg. delivery of production samples utilizing ST Micro processors (2-3 weeks ago). The big picture also means the OCF. How about the merger of OCF and AllSeen? There are so many things that have needed to fall into place and there are probably still a few more.

As for Telink, porting is due (expected) within days or weeks. Once porting is complete, roll-out should be swift as the licensing agreement is already in place.

Correct, revenues are next to nil for the 2016 calendar year. But this is a start-up transitioning to commercialization in a fiercely competitive global industry where one false step or mésalliance can significantly hamper the quest for interoperability dominance well into the future (and hence affect future revenues quite considerably). I am happy with management's 'slow and steady' approach.

The CN will not necessarily be converted, it only gets converted if it is drawn on. If converted in the future, it would be at a 20% premium to the SP. The amount is only $10 million worth of shares. Thus as the SP increases, the number of new shares to be allotted if the CN is converted reduces. Thus dilution would be negligible.

With the SPP oppies, supposing the SP is 0.10 and they are exercised at 0.05, that's approx (11.1%/(100% + 11.1% SPP)) 9.66% more new shares added in exchange for approx $11.36 million (($7,500,000/0.033) x 0.05)).

If/when the SP is 0.10, the market cap might be circa $155 million. This means that we would be adding approx 7.33% more capital ($11.36 million/$155 million) at a cost of 9.66% more new shares. So the dilution would be 9.66% less 7.33% = 2.33% if the oppies are converted at 0.10. -Somehow I don't think investors will wait for 0.10 to convert their oppies, I think most will convert around 0.07-0.08, meaning even less dilution.

I don't have a finance background and I'm new to shares so this could all be wrong, so if anyone would like to poke holes at my figures please do, it's a worthwhile exercise.
