I'm not supposed to say anything about MLS anymore, because my employer now covers them, but this whole 'option' issue is old news!! Move on!!

Some good posts coming in from those in the know.....obviously a lot of share holders around now that weren't when this deal was done!! It is old news!! If you go back through the posts from August 2006, all this stuff has been said before, and the stock was no where near $0.08. Try about $0.018 - don't you wish you'd bought then!! I was.

As Ralph said, this deal was done when the shares were at $0.02, and many people only dreamed of the current share price. Sure in light of todays share price it doesn't look flash, but who knew??
IMHO the company did the right thing in ensuring the underwriting the exercise of the previous options, thereby putting a healthy wad of cash in the tin, which is now funding the current development program.

It was also a good move to ensure that the new options (that some of you seem very upset over) are exercisable at $0.05, which as Buffy pointed out, will add more cash to the coffers. You've also got to remember, now there'll be oppies to trade too - no doubt they'll trade at a healthy premium (get in early).

MLS has been doing some great work, and from its latest announcements seems committed to focusing on Manindi and making it work. You just have to look a the various bits of research in the market to see that it's a great story - see BBY early this week.

MLS are due to begin drilling at Manindi in the next few weeks and the outlook for zinc is still very healthy; just look at what happened to Overland this week!!

Personally, you'd be pretty short sighted to be dumping MLS right now. Anyway, good buying opportunity for me, maybe I should just shut up?? Happy trading!!
