this is it - sorry but I disagree with on one point.
Going to the discussion table as you put it to achieve a strategic alliance is different to the "strategic long term investment" that I mentioned.
Two totally different propositions. BLR already has a strategic alliance with URZ.
Resources need to be proven up first and foremost. Very high risk (and very uncommon) for a suitor to walk in and take over an explorer with no proven resources. So I am ruling out a takeover.
I am ruling in though; the likelihood of one company who wants to take up a strategic investment in BLR that may one day in the long term future turn into something more.
I think that's what the pattern of buying in the past 2 weeks could represent. The pattern has been the same day in day out. Big hits, not slow munching.
You might be right though - it could simply be some instos, funds, us buyers, etc.
It's just interesting to talk my thoughts through with others. cheers.
