And the recent news of the JORC was no secret as it was announced on the 30 August they will be providing a updated JORC.
No updates regarding the EGM or any news if they are applying under the new rules other than receiving emails from ASX they could trade under the new rules if they supply enough information of the transaction.

No prospectus has been done and if they did all this as stated in there announcement we could have possibly be trading by now.

What im trying to say is under the new rules announced by ASX 2nd November they don't have to do a prospectus, only supply enough detailed information regarding the transaction which wouldn't take long as doing a full prospectus .
I would seriously start to ask the company what they are doing.
13 January 2017 will be 4 months in suspension.
