Where did you pull this figure from?
According to the latest top 20 shareholders list, the top 20 hold only 54% of the votes. I cant imagine Hobbs, Kiernan and associates includes all of the top 20.
Furthermore, Kiernan HAS NO ASSOCIATION WITH DISCOVERY.
