Surely if it were a bubble then it would have popped by now? The very factors you state, desirable place to live, good assets class for tax purposes etc would indicate that it was a reasoned investment, not tulip mania.
When do you expect the 'bubble' to burst? Have you predicted it bursting before? Many have been predicting just that for over a decade.
