Because BGS will not sell out without a royalty to some degree... $1 per share is short changing yourself...
KJ and management have always considered new prospects...Look at Viper for instants... Then the Lithium... What next with a fist full of cash?? A project possibly that could compliment the Lithium...Who knows..But BGS won't be dwindling their cash reserves Soley on dividends... Yes your right... I'm starting to think some ignorant posters can't see two years past a cash payout...!! One doesn't need to move to a tax friendly country...One just needs to work the books to ensure tax efficiency... Perhaps like one said...I am unique, Able to think from a business perspective and willing to it off instant gratification, by being patient and not sell out to cheap... Barney's sure everyone can remember a story from an investor that regrets selling to early in the piece... Just saying, don't sell out to early... Barney's got a sell price between $4-5 giving a 50% gain/profit for the buyer at those prices...
