    "In addition, as disclosed in the announcement to ASX dated 21 December 2016, a payment from Toomai Broadcasting Telecommunications Corporation Ltd has been delayed. The Company is in discussions with Toomai Broadcasting Telecommunications Corporation Ltd and expects to receive US$500,000 of the initial payment in mid-January 2017."
