well, it's one or the other, the offer doesn't go through and we know it's worth at least 58 cents a share, or the offer goes through and to get the SP just to cash backing it has to hit around 58 cents, seems a no-brainer to me, not sure why on earth you'd sell down here, unless you are just that peeved off it's not a $200m+ initial offer that you can't see straight this morning
