    EVM really should inform the market of the status of the debt from Apollo.

    The US$790,000 was due by the 31st December.

    According to the annual report this represents more than 90% of all EVM current assets. It is not immaterial.

    Other than that debt there are almost no assets.

    As far as I can see the only other tangible asset the EVM shareholders currently own is a car brought around 2014.
