Otto has shown a remarkable ability to handle its cash and to come up with excellent new projects during this period of oil price instability and I trust them to continue with the same care and caution.
It's all about good management. They can change, buy or sell projects or raise money or debt as they see fit and their past record shows that they are capable and trustworthy.
This is one of the best run oilers with huge upside. I will not be swayed by someone with a personal axe to grind who has almost no knowledge of the company and has made a decision to downramp and has selected a few facts to highlight that choice.
