    One item I find interesting is that in the annual report Apollo is always referred to as "a Texas based power development company". This sounds like an independent company doing something.

    Whereas it is just Apollo with Roger is the chair of Apollo as well as running EVM.

    I suspect EVM/Apollo will now just agree to move the payment date till 31 December 2017.
