What's up here?

I keep tuning in to the BUL threads to try and find out why BUL is one of my best performing stocks. Steadily showing improvement in the SP. Usually what happens when a penny stock starts to show movement it is associated with post after post on hot copper.

Not a whisper about how, why and when etc. Am I the only holder not on holidays?. I hope the board and management are more active and are in the process of making 2017 a definitive year for its long suffering shareholders. Gas shortages are all in the news. News that BUL is about to cash in on the shortage would be most welcome.
