Agree LINAKER. This is not market manipulation Nobby. Why toss a 14.5c order in when stock is trading around 9.8c? Reason is it just helps close any lose ends from the day to ensure any 1/2 filled orders are complete. What if there was a surge at last minute 4pm and you missed out filling your order at 9.9c. Brokers/traders do it all the time, don't let that fool you into thinking it is a pump and dump.
