Its the main reason why SBM won't run, its stuck on the graph, last time it did that a capital raising was in the works, the funds must have worked out that they will need some more cash, I think 40million won't be enough its a pretty major mining operation. I think they can pull it off, but I think some cash raising would be good for it.
