There was a piece in The Australian yesterday talking about how while the price of zinc has soared, few zinc players on the ASX have been able to take advantage of it. It mentioned MCT and Admiral Bay. It suggested that Aussie investors had been burnt on zinc in the past and are reluctant to get involved again (MIM, Pasminco, Oxiana, Kagara et al). That might have got a few players interested, who knows.
