A subsidiary company, Urasia Mining CJSC, has been formed with Integra Mining, a Russian
mining and engineering group operating in Uzbekistan and with particular knowledge of the
uranium deposits of Uzbekistan. Urasia Mining is evaluating opportunities to acquire
advanced uranium projects in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, which are the world’s 7th and 3rd
largest uranium producers.

Initially Urasia was being formed as a joint venture between "DISCOVERY" and Integra. This tells me that not only is Urasia a done deal but that Discovery is a done deal as well. Discovery, Integra and Urasia was the pièce de résistance for me. I think I'm reading it right. Feel free to correct me if you think I'm wrong.

If the market reads it similarly to me then tomorrow could be interesting.
