Uran has announced it will exercise it's option to acquire all the shares in "Discovery". I spose they could renege on this decision, since KH is the MD of both companies.
I was under the impression "Discovery" is the vehicle being used to get their foot in the door in some projects in the Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Urasia is the way into separate projects in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The projects in the Ukraine are expected to be delayed, though not for long, due to the formation of a new government corporation which could have the job of establishing joint ventures with foreign partners. (Ukatomprom)
Can anyone either let me know if I'm on the right track, or barking up the wrong tree?
Anyway, as was stated in the latest announcement, there's more than one cat to skin, and I don't care how they do it, so long as they grab at least one by the throat and get on with it.
