I have to admit that I am sceptical about Jan's true reasons and intent. She was very much on the front foot with media immediately after the initial price fall on 2 Dec (prior to the trading holt), and has maintained this profile to date.

Further, she's reported as saying she has around 2% personal holdings (I believe under the Elsie Cameron Foundation?). If this is the case, based on the Top 20 holders reported in the 2016 Annual Report, this places her in the Top 6 holders - and yet she doesn't appear on the list? So she has either acquired these holdings only recently or they are held under/by one of the other Top 6.... she is on record saying she has no link with Black Prince, so lets look at the other top holders.

Other major Top holders (based on google research!):
    - JP Morgan, HSBC, National and Citi: It is possible one of these four are custodians of any shares Cameron owns. Interestingly, these four frequently show up together in the top shareholders of many Australian companies, and are the major holders of ANZ, Commonwealth, NAB and Westpac. https://blog.creditcardcompare.com.au/big-four-ownership.php
    - Quality Life is a Bruce Neill Family Trust
    - BNP Paribas - don't know much about them, but they are listed as a Top 5 shareholder of AMP Life (the no.18 holder) (along with JP Morgan, HSBC, National and Citi)
    - Vermillion 21 is Laura McBain's trust
    - Krisami is Ian Urquhart's trust (retired board member 30/06/2016)
    - Sandhurst Trustees are a financial services provider under Bendigo and Adelaide Banks
    - Suetone - again don't know much about them, but they are involved in holdings also held by Quality Life
    - Warbont Noms is a wholly owned subsidiary of USB
    - Mrkat is Rob Woolley's trust

And an interesting point for shareholders to know.... BAL's Board Charter, Clause 2.2 (c) (i) to ensure a Board member's unfitted independent exercising of their responsibilities, a Board member will have "no substantial holding (being more than 5% ownership) in the Company, and not an officer of, or otherwise associated directly with, a person or entity that has a substantial holding".

I believe this clause excludes Rodd Peters nomination, as he is the authorised representative of Black Prince.

And of the remaining nominations, I definitely want to more about them, including any conflicts of interest they have, and exactly what expertise they are bringing with them.
