Perhaps management weren't confident that a placement to existing shareholders would have been fully taken up.
It will be interesting to see if $1.25 puts a floor under the sp.
Hopefully some have now learnt never to go against an obvious downtrend and poor sentiment.
I don't call myself a downramper,just try and state the obvious,even though I get ridiculed.
At least my losses are minimal,compared to some blinded bulls in this stock.
