Looking at my uranium watchlist,
It is worth noting that whilst most of the U stocks are doing well today, not all of them are in the green, and only PDN, TOE come close to the % gains PEN is experiencing, if it can hold,
So it looks like a sector-wide rally but the most beaten-up stocks are bouncing back the most
Little do the herd know, the PEN-specific nuances which they will find out about In due course, then the real stampede to buy will begin
