If the major shareholders agreed with making a large capital return wouldn't they have done so by now? Also I'm not sure it is even yet allowed because of the current court case outstanding. I thought from memory a capital return was put forward a few years back but not allowed because of this reason?

An EGM may not be that difficult to call but not sure how any changes get passed if the major shareholders are happy with the status quo?

As far as the movement on the share register concerned does anyone really know what is going on? I remember a strange transaction of a large holding above 20 cents some years back. Who are all the major shareholders and what are their motives? Do they have a track record of looking after fellow shareholders or themselves? Is it preferable for those controlling to keep the company continuing on in the same way as it has for a few years now? I would want to get to the bottom of all these questions before I invested hoping for a capital return or wind up.

I'm not saying it won't happen but it wouldn't surprise me if nothing changes. Or if something does change maybe it will be an acquisition of a company that the major shareholders might be very familiar with and have certain hidden agendas.
