I have found an answer. BOD member and partial owner of Avita's largest investor is selling part of his stake and leaving the firm. An interesting situation. I don't see it as a loss for Avita. I can't say with any certainly what contributions Peter Hall made, if he was a real asset or not. Avita will have a much stronger investor to deal with now. That could be a good thing. They have a vacancy now. Hopefully they pick someone that investors outside of Australia have actually heard of before.
