Let go 40 % of SDV to experienced brine operator for $500 to $600m, set aside $300 m (inclusive of contingencies) working capital for SDV - 60% share.
The balance 50 % - dividend over 2 years (that will support SP of over $1 until other productions kicks in), other 50% together with MC revenue develop JB in accelerated manner.
Net result - sustainable "decent" share price over short and medium term, secured working capital for SDV & JB and secure regular income stream for short, medium and longer term and no CR required.
