PLS already has a miscellaneous license to go across the one FMG crossing, and the Roy Hill crossing is applied for but still pending. Did you actually look up anything Mustpow or just make it up on the run??
Now what I looked up did not say exactly what the miscellaneous license was for, but the fact you used multiple crossings when there is only one FMG crossing on the side road to the site, between the Great Northern Highway and the mine site, tells me you just made that up!!
