Another strategy for the surplus capital generated by the business each year could be to do an ordinary share buyback - paying $25 per ordinary share with number bought back proportional to holding and limited by surplus capital. Do that every year till ordinaries and hybrids are at equivalent value relative to time of hybrid issue then buyback hybrids.
