you have that completely wrong, Christ clearly said,

Matthew 5 43 44

43You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

and you say

As for accepting Jesus as your saviour, have you been naughty and just needed to blurt that out to get something off your conscience?

I say

Romans 3 23

22And this righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no distinction, 23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,  24and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus

all have sinned, Darkroom are you saying you have never been naughty, and if he needed to get something off his conscience, why are you trying to stop him, have you never had to get something off your conscience?

Jesus is not your saviour, you have to save yourself. His teachings can certainly help

read the bible before you criticise someone for exercising their faith
