    You haven't answered the question, if it's such a good deal, why are they selling it?

    I mean, they can't miss, right? All they have to do is stack it.

    Check this out.

    Since the US election the Dow is up about 10% and the Vanguard REIT VNQ is up about 8%.
    The DXY USD Index is up about 5%.

    Gold is down about 9%

    What does that tell you Einstein?
