    Hi Al,

    no hatchet job, just calling it as I see it. Its been in steep decline... but nothing dives ina straight line.

    Nor was today exceptional volume, just typical of an active day. And today's high wasnt even above the day before's , so you really are drawing a long bow. Nice try though ...

    As for smart money? Who would know. Broadly still in decline. You bet. Today changes nothing.
