At the moment the Sunridge deal is not rock solid until SBS actually get the shares. There is also no indication of the overall feasability of the Asmara or Tusker prospects, despite the quite substantial resources there. This should change soon once SBS gets the shares and a positive feasability study outcome is announced in march (assuming it is positive!). It should get even better when Barrick finally get around to completing their own resource estimate for Tusker and give an indication of whether it is of any use to them (it is quite low grade and extends to quite some depth, despite the big resource so costs of mining and procesing will be relatively high and Barrick may hold off development until pricing is more suitable.
Once a few more concrete indications of actual mine development are out there SBS should go up in multiples..Hopefully 20c by the end of the year with Zara results the icing on the cake of they turn up a good high grade resource..
