They were drilling to test the upper case scenario. Might have missed by a bit or a lot, this brings the seismics into question. I think it is a bit of an overreaction though, Shell would have done their homework before handing over $40mil US. Could go either way tomorrow. If they cannot find the B sands their could be carnage.
