@gozinsa assumes that I am conflicted because he thinks I work for a bank and benefit from the continuing success of the financial industry. This is in fact untrue, but assuming I did have an pecuniary interest in
"people trusting banks and fiat currency", here is a nice little double standard:
@Andylgo owns shares in a gold company (BBX). He therefore has a vested interest the price of gold rising.
By the standards of @gazinsa, we should not trust anything positive he says about the price of gold because anyone buying gold because of Andy's posts, will provide a benefit to Andy through PoG and the prospects and share price of the interest he owns. Whether he lies or not, he is demonstrably conflicted.
So why shouldn't he be held to the same standard?
The answer is simple. @gazinsa is also conflicted. Unlike Andy, his deliberate misinformation is more obvious...
