Or more to the point, that which is over extended must sooner or later find find a real floor ,and as you all know once u put energy in the pendulum it tends to swing these things always over correct but with massive reserve in africa due to come on line soon ,dont expect these ridiculous spot prices to return ever. 2002 when zinc was slightly under valued at 880 to 1100/ ton [memory] it caused pasminco,, the second biggest producer to shut up shop which started the stockpile pendulum swinging . IT BECAME AT THAT POINT ,,VOLATILE.In june 2003 after some rather forward thinking due dilligence,, I became a top 20 share holder in what is now called cbh .I had rather conservatively factored in with the info and history of the time that 1900 to 2300 would be PEAK ZINC and the chinese wouldn't stomach that for long... Given there 5yr plan policy on EVERYTING,,I gave myself a <5yr window I told anyone that would listen that by mid 2007 cba would be a 45c stock .4500 was not in my factoring and it made me nervious in a smily sort of a way.
